Last Updated: June 6, 2026

Welcome to Blink. By using our mobile app, website, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Blink is a daily sharing platform designed for authentic interaction between close friends in private spaces we call Pods.

1. Creating Your Account

To use Blink, you must register by providing accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Blink is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

2. Code of Conduct

Blink is built on trust and authenticity. When sharing content or interacting with members in your Pods, you agree not to:

  • CSAM / Child Exploitation: Publish, transmit, or share any content depicting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report any such violations immediately to law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, harmful, or violates community safety.
  • Impersonate other individuals, or post photos or voice recordings of others without their explicit consent.
  • Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or compromise the security of our application, servers, or networks.

3. Content Ownership & Sharing

Your Content is Yours: You retain ownership of all the photos, text, and voice notes you post on Blink. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our License: To operate our service and display your posts (Blinks) to your selected Pod members, you grant us a narrow, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content strictly within the boundaries of the Pods you choose to share with.

4. DMCA Policy & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on Blink infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with written information (including a description of the copyrighted work and the URL of the infringing material) at hello@joinblink.app.

5. Service Limitations & Modifications

Blink is continuously evolving. We may update features, introduce limits on pods and members, or release software updates to enhance your experience. While we aim to keep our services running flawlessly, we provide them "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make updates, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material updates, we will notify you by providing a notice within the mobile application or via email. Your continued use of the service after such updates constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of Blink shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blink is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Termination

You can delete your account and stop using Blink at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our Code of Conduct or represent a safety risk to our community.
